Why use the Just portal?
If you’re an adviser who already gets pension annuity quotes online with Just, you’ll be pleased to know you can now complete the application process online too.
You can apply directly on the Just portal using guaranteed quotes produced via your chosen aggregator. It’s quick, easy, and saves you time.
- No more re-keying: You only need to key in your client’s details once. This not only frees up your time but also helps reduce the risk of manual errors that can sometimes cause delays.
- Safe and secure: The system is protected behind your login and includes an extra layer of security verification, so you can be confident your client’s information is kept safe.
- Easy client communication: The system generates secure links for you to send directly to your client, so there’s no need to rely on the post or wait for paperwork to arrive.
- Paper still supported: If you or your clients prefer the traditional paper-based process, that’s absolutely fine—we’ll continue to support paper submissions as well.
- Your BDM is still here: Even when you’re using the Just portal to transact business, you’ll have the support of your usual BDM.
The Just portal enables your clients to review and submit their Pension Annuity application anytime, anywhere, on any device. There's no need to visit an office or post physical documents.

What can I use the Just portal for?
You can use the Just portal to quote and apply for a Pension Annuity, providing a guaranteed income for life, and the Just For You Lifetime Mortgage.
How do I register?
Follow the registration link either on the Just portal homepage or at the log in screen.
What information do I need to register?
We'll need your:
- email address
- mobile phone number
- firm's name, FCA number and postcode
Are there any eligibility requirements to use the Just portal?
Only that you work for a firm that is authorised by the FCA to transact either Pension Annuity or Just For You Lifetime Mortgage business.
How can I apply?
For Pension Annuity, providing a guaranteed income for life, you can apply directly via the Just portal using guaranteed quotes produced via your chosen aggregator.
For Just For You Lifetime Mortgage, you can apply directly using the Just portal or via your third-party quote provider (excluding IRESS).
How do I apply using a guaranteed quote produced via an aggregator?
The 'Select quote and apply' button allows you to apply using a guaranteed quote produced via your chosen aggregator. The Just portal will guide you through the simple steps to do this. See the Application process user guide video.
Do I have to re-enter any medical conditions I keyed in for my quote when applying?
No, all the information that was entered for the quote will automatically pre-fill your application.
Does the Just portal produce whole of market comparisons?
No, it doesn’t. You’d need to use your preferred third-party quote supplier to produce a whole of market comparison.
Can my client review the application before I can submit it?
Yes. Once you’ve completed all the application fields, the system will enable you to send your client a link to the application to review and confirm before they sign it.
How does my client review and sign the application via the Just portal?
When it's time for your client to review the application, you have two options:
- The Just portal can send them an email containing a link; or
- You can copy the link and paste it into your own email to the client

Can I track my application via the Just portal?
