Please follow the process below for clients who've applied to the scheme:

• Let us know by calling our support team on 0345 302 2287 when they've been accepted or email us at support@wearejust.co.uk.
• Ask them to email a signed copy of the Excluded License Agreement, or for self-contained accommodation, Excluded Tenancy Agreement to support@wearejust.co.uk.
• Ensure they contact their building insurance provider and follow their guidance.
