Our five star service is focused on providing excellent personal service complemented by online solutions to help you win by doing business the way you want; and offering practical support for achieving the best outcomes for clients including the vulnerable. 

Here are a few recent highlights and future plans:

Lifetime mortgage service

  • Online processing for lifetime mortgages starts here – We introduced online KFI functionality through our new Just Adviser portal, and the major sourcing systems, enabling advisers to obtain online quotes. The feedback on the portal has been hugely positive and most quotes are now sourced using digital services. We’ll soon extend this functionality by adding online applications and role management, followed by case tracking. 
  • Choice of early repayment charge - We've introduced a  Fixed early repayment charge alongside the variable options, to give advisers more flexibility in solution design. 
  • Personalised medical underwriting - We've recently launched medical underwriting across our Just For You Lifetime Mortgage range, a significant development that helps intermediaries design a uniquely personalised and tailored solution for each client’s needs and circumstances. Six in ten people could borrow more or reduce their borrowing costs with a medically underwritten Just For You Lifetime Mortgage.

Retirement income service

  • Making processes faster – we’ve introduced digital signatures and automated routine processes, creating more time for servicing your needs, completing applications and releasing funds.
  • Ground-breaking retirement income solution – our innovative new decumulation proposition, Secure Lifetime Income, enables you to offer clients the certainty of guaranteed income for life, on an investment platform – where you do business.

Our general support to you

  • Supporting your vulnerable clients – we’ve designed a range of items to help you raise staff awareness and understanding, and develop bespoke, effective vulnerability policies. Over 9,000 of you have used our online vulnerability training, highlighted by the FCA as an example of good practice. And in April we launched our Vulnerable Customer Awards scheme – the first of its kind in the UK.
  • Support for business development – in the last year alone, over 10,000 of you attended our events and webinars, helping you develop your business and professional knowledge.
  • Redesigned – making it easier to find the information you need. We’ve added a Retirement Principles section, examining modern retirement planning themes; and updated the Document Library, so you can find our product and support literature in one location with a simple search function.
